The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including month-end close processes, financial reporting, and analysis. This exciting opportunity offers competitive compensation, benefits, and growth prospects.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Analyze financial statements and provide insights to management on performance trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and training as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive improvements in financial processes and systems. Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP. Experience leading month-end close processes and preparing financial statements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and provide insights to management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
