Establish objectives and realistic goals for the office team.
Ensure timely monthly reconciliation of financial statements.
Develop comprehensive cash flow projections for all company divisions.
Maintain monthly balance and reconciliation of bank statements and conduct weekly inventory analyses.
Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial management and accounting.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Preferred educational background in Accounting, with CPA certification being advantageous.
