With four North American locations strategically placed for regional customer service, they provide rPET resin in pellet and flake formats. Whether with or without a Non-Objection Letter (NOL), the rPET is produced to customer specifications and meets U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standards. The available rPET resins include both pellet and flake options.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of accurate plant-level financial statements, collaborate with Corporate Finances for financial analysis and improvements, and align reporting with business leaders' goals.
- Establish and enforce financial policies, internal controls, and perpetual inventory records.
- Guides budgeting processes, analyzes variances and ensures timely transactions.
- Oversee the accounting department's operations, maintain controls, and contribute to team success.
- Manage financial staff, protect confidential information, and achieve department goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5 years in finance or accounting, 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of JD Edwards
- Proficiency with costing standards, cost systems, and variance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership teams to develop and execute strategy.
- Experience working with Private Equity Portfolio Companies preferred.
- Demonstrable experience with project management and process improvement.
- CPA not required, but preferred.
