Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year

We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Corporate Associate Attorney to join our acclaimed legal team. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to our firm's Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice, providing legal advice and support to our diverse clientele. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented legal professional with a solid background in corporate law and a passion for M&A to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Details
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be able to competently lead and manage M&A transactions with an enterprise value of $5-30M
3. A minimum of 6 years of experience practicing corporate law, with a specific focus on M&A.
4. In-depth knowledge of state and federal corporate law and regulations.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
