Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Creating organizational documents, including articles of incorporation or dissolution, stock certificates, and merger agreements
- Creating, distributing, and maintaining annual reports and other entity maintenance
- Assist with Form D filings, business licenses, signature page packets, closing books, and some occasional research
- Assist with Commerical Real Estate Financing/Closings
- 1400 billable hour requirement
Requirements:
- 3 years of Corporate Paralegal Experience
- UCC Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate Preferred
- Top-notch communication and organizational skills
