Job Details
Responsibilities
Serve as primary owner of DealerSocket CRM administering user setup and design/configuration, customizing objects, profiles and roles, workflows, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rule.
Recommend and implement best-practice CRM processes, architectures, and integrations that optimize adoption, usability, and content workflows.
Monitor systems and respond swiftly to problems, outages, or other usability issues.
Regularly review settings related to each system and resolve system errors.
Hold Weekly training with retail team on CRM best practices
Report any deviation from CRM best practices to the retail leadership for correction.
Be the first point of contact for internal users, providing technical guidance and support.
Qualifications
3 years of CRM management
Strong competency with DealerSocket automation, including building Campaigns, business rule manager, and workflow rules
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
Automotive dealership experience
Customer service experience
Valid and active driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug test, background check, & motor vehicle verification
Eligibility to work in the United States
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Word
Detailed oriented
Strict attention to detail
Accurate and efficient
Multitasking ability
Ability to prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills
Process driven
