Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic CT scans on patients using advanced imaging equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic results
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of procedures
- Educate patients on imaging procedures and answer any questions they may have
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current license and certification in CT technology
- Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules as needed
