Job Details
We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing multi-family projects from concept to completion. The position requires a high level of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts that meet project requirements
- Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D models, renderings, and drawings
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Oversee the production of construction documents using Revit software
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and LEED certification standards
- Manage construction administration, including site visits and coordination with contractors and subcontractors
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on design and technical issues
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in architecture, engineering, and construction technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Licensed Architect preferred
- 3 years of experience in multi-family design and project management
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software
- Strong design and planning skills, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and styles
- Knowledge of LEED certification standards and sustainable design principles
- Experience with client interfacing and business development activities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
