The DevOps Manager will be responsible for leading and managing 3-4 individuals focused on Site Reliability, DevOps, and Platform Engineering. These reports are embedded with the software development teams catering to specific client groups on multiple product lines. This role will be a combination of hands on architecture and design, implementation, leadership, management, and cross functional collaboration.

Job Details
The DevOps Manager will be responsible for leading and managing 3-4 individuals focused on Site Reliability, DevOps, and Platform Engineering. These reports are embedded with the software development teams catering to specific client groups on multiple product lines. This role will be a combination of hands on architecture and design, implementation, leadership, management, and cross functional collaboration.
Must Have:
- 10 years of experience hands on in infrastructure, software engineering (architecture and implementation)
- Python, Golang, and JavaScript
- Kubernetes
- AWS (EKS)
- Terraform
- CI/CD Pipeline tooling (Jenkins, ArgoCD, BitBucket, etc.)
- PostgreSQL
- Serverless infrastructure, Lambdas, etc.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in mid sized software product company
- Experience with scaling SaaS solutions to millions of users
- Helm
- Google Cloud Platform, Heroku
- 4-6 years of experience managing direct reports.
