Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year
A bit about us:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced nursing director to lead our team of nurses and clinical staff in providing quality care to patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 4-6 week residential program

Job Details
Qualifications:
· Valid RN license in the state of employment
· Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred
· Minimum of five years of experience in psychiatric or substance abuse nursing
· Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
· Certification in psychiatric or substance abuse nursing preferred
· Knowledge of dual diagnosis treatment and recovery principles and practices
· Knowledge of state and federal regulations and accreditation standards
· Proficiency in electronic health records systems
