Job Details
- You're a Payroll and Benefits Manager/Director with at least 4 years of experience in benefits administration and payroll management.
- Since we have 4,000 employees, you'll have prior experience with large payroll processing including union, non-union, and multi state experience.
- You have strong people management skills as you'll be overseeing two of our corporate payroll processing specialists.
- You have experience with negotiating benefits plans and helping roll these out to an organization overall
- You've have a strong understanding of payroll processing software such as Paycor
- Must have experience with EDI
