Job Details
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10 years of total experience within a manufacturing operation as an Electrical Engineer
- MUST HAVE: POWER SUPPLY (AC/DC), FIRMWARE (C/C ), PCB knowledge (big plus)
- Lead and manage daily operations to optimize facilities, equipment, people, and time.
- Create transparency and foster full circle communication flow across all levels.
- Develop and implement performance improvement and growth strategies.
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships with department heads, partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
