Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Emergency Department RN to join our dynamic team. As an Emergency Department RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in emergency situations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and document changes in their condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatments
- Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions
- Document all care provided in an accurate and timely manner
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed RN with at least 1 years of experience in an Acute Care setting
- Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
