Our medical facility is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients in need. As a Permanent Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality care to patients in emergency situations. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and triaging patients in emergency situations
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and interpreting vital signs
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
• Administering emergency interventions as necessary
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families
• Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate medical records
• Participating in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge of emergency nursing practices
• Adhering to all ethical and legal standards of nursing practice

Qualifications:

• BLS certification
• Colorado Nurse Compact license
• RN License CO
• Nursing Degree (BSN preferred)
• 2 years of experience in emergency nursing
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
