The ERP & Process Specialist will be responsible to understand business processes surrounding the ERP, KPI’s and challenges and propose effective solutions in the form of process changes and or leveraging existing applications / tools.

The role will provide hands-on expertise for our ERP Solution and will lead solutions design, analysis, delivery and support.

Translating business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives; change management;

and data governance will be a dominant part of the role.

• Lead process design, analysis, development / configuration and testing for enhancements, optimizations, automations and new functionality as it relates to ERP (Business Central)and integrated applications Insight Works (Dynamic Ship, WMS, Shop Floor, Order Fulfilment), Avalara, VersaPay.
• Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and document all solution architecture design and relevant analysis work with support from ERP Analyst & Developer.
• Develop, maintain, and adhere to change management process with visibility to IT team and ERP stakeholders / cross-functional leads.
• Accountable for proper functioning of the applications and carry out necessary upgrades.
• Oversee regular test and production environment refreshes and other data refresh activities.
• Propose, design and generate reports that support better decision-making cross-functionally.
