We are looking for an Estimator to join our team. The scope of the position is expanded to assist with daily operation of the field while working with managers assigned to each segment of our operation.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Estimator to join our team. As a Permanent Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for commercial HVAC projects. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information necessary for accurate estimates
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine materials, labor, and equipment required for each project
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC projects
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain necessary information and ensure project specifications are met
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Continuously evaluate and improve estimating processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating commercial HVAC projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
