The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating various civil and heavy civil projects, site development, and site planning. The candidate must have experience with AutoCAD, HeavyBid, Bid2Win, MC2, and other relevant software.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Estimator to join our team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating various civil and heavy civil projects, site development, and site planning. The candidate must have experience with AutoCAD, HeavyBid, Bid2Win, MC2, and other relevant software.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely estimates for various civil and heavy civil projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate estimates
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Analyze and interpret data to develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Prepare and present cost estimates to management and clients
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide support to project managers and other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in estimating civil and heavy civil projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, HeavyBid, Bid2Win, MC2, and other relevant software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Familiarity with site development and site planning
- Knowledge of regulations and standards related to civil and heavy civil projects
