We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our medical team. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up within the scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, recording patient progress notes, and providing continuity of care.
- Counsel and educate patients on health behaviors, self-care skills, and treatment options.
- Manage a panel of patients and make appropriate referrals for specialized care.
- Perform clinical procedures and interpret results.
- Participate in regular team meetings and quality improvement activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- APRN degree
- Certification in family medicine or psychiatry
- Current, unrestricted license to practice as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical practice, medical administration, and med management.
- Excellent knowledge of current medical and healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and medical software.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
