As a Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring that we remain financially stable and profitable. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reports, budget preparation, payroll, and retirement planning. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and senior management
- Manage the company's budget and cash flow, ensuring that we remain financially stable and profitable
- Develop and implement retirement plans for employees, ensuring that they are well-informed and prepared for their future
- Manage the company's payroll, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the company, including sales, marketing, and operations

- Experience in the Finance industry is preferred, but not required
