We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to the executive team.
• Manage the year-end audit process, working closely with external auditors.
• Work with the executive team to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with Sage 300 or equivalent accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
