Job Details
Position Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in an Accounting/Finance role(s) with a focus on financial analysis, accounting, cost analysis, variance analysis, economic modeling, or related responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- Manufacturing Experience is a MUST
- Experience with reporting and financial metrics is a MUST
- Experience leading/managing projects, ability to stay organized, and multitask with careful attention to detail.
- Understanding of key accounting and financial concepts, cost accounting principles, business drivers, and key performance indicators.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data from multiple sources, perform analysis, develop a point of view and present to key stakeholders.
- Advanced or higher-level Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables and reporting, working with macros, data manipulation/analysis, and formula creation).
