We are seeking a talented and motivated Front End Developer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using C#, .NET, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages, the successful candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.

Responsibilities:
1. Determining the structure and design of web pages.
2. Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
3. Developing features to enhance the user experience.
4. Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
5. Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
6. Building reusable code for future use.
7. Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
8. Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
9. Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.
10. Collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
11. Getting feedback from, and building solutions for, users and customers.
12. Writing functional requirement documents and guides.
13. Creating quality mockups and prototypes.
14. Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
15. Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
3. Experience with agile scrum and Azure DevOps.
4. Demonstrable experience in frontend development.
5. A strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
6. Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills.
8. Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms.
9. Excellent project and time management skills.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
11. Excellent verbal communication skills.
12. Good problem-solving skills.
