Job Details
- Responsible for maintaining all day-to-day operations of the firm’s funds
- Process capital calls and distributions with accounting and treasury
- Coordinate process of opening new bank accounts and establishing permission structures for funds and operating companies
- Support the review of fund financial documents, NAV reporting and G&A charges
- Prepare presentations to update stakeholders on portfolio activity and key developments including in relation to quarterly valuation
Must Haves/Nice to Have:
- 2-4 years’ experience performing private equity, VC or hedge fund operations/accounting
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail
- Degree in accounting, CPA is a plus
- Big 4 experience is a plus
