We are seeking a Project Engineer and/or Field Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver who understands the complex relationship of numerous project variables and is capable of working as a team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have experience in the industry (whether in the field or with a college degree and internship experience) and be able to handle a variety of tasks. DREDGING EXPERIENCE, SURVEY EXPERIENCE, QUALITY CONTROL EXPERIENCE, and QUANTITY CALCULATION EXPERIENCE a HUGE PLUS!
Job Summary:
The PE/FE will be responsible for assisting with overseeing and managing the construction of heavy civil projects, working alongside Superintendents, Project Managers, and other construction team members. You will be responsible for creating and managing schedules, budgets, and quality control measures, as well as working closely with the management team to ensure the successful completion of the project.
What You Need for this Position:
-Field experience (internships accepted) working on Civil and/or Marine Construction Projects
Must be willing to travel. Generous Per Diem provided to get home. Housing and vehicle provided.

What You Need for this Position:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field or 2 Years' experience as a Field Engineer
-Field experience (internships accepted) working on Civil and/or Marine Construction Projects
- Experience with HCSS, HeavyBid, Heavy Job, MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and/or P6 a major plus
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals
- Hands-on approach and eagerness to be out in the field and actively assist with projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
- The capacity to thoroughly review contracts and specifications and ensure that work is done in compliance with them
