Job Details
We are looking for 2x IT Help Desk Associates to join our team, as we continue to grow and expand our business. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- at least 1-2 years of IT Help Desk experience
- Experienced working with a Ticketing system (doesn't have to be a specific ticketing system in particular)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop OS (Windows 10), Microsoft Server OS
- Basic knowledge of IOS Mobile devices
