Home Health Position - with a very low case load - Full Time
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team!
This is a permanent position that offers excellent benefits and opportunities for growth.
As a PT, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries. The patient population is children with developmental delays ages 0-5.
You will be going to patient's homes with a very low caseload. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop customized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
