1. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an HVAC Technician.
2. Must possess a valid 608 certification.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and installations.
4. Proficient in HVAC repair and maintenance.
5. Strong understanding of air conditioning, heating, and cooling systems.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team.
8. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
9. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
10. Must possess a valid driver's license.
11. Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
12. Ability to adhere to safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
