Job Details

Responsibilities :

As a Filevine Implementation Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

1. Leading the implementation and configuration of Filevine software, ensuring its optimal performance and seamless integration with existing systems.

2. Providing expert guidance and support to our team on the use and optimization of Filevine software.

3. Collaborating with various departments to identify their needs and tailor Filevine software solutions to meet these needs.

4. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to Filevine software, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.

5. Training staff on the use of Filevine software and developing user manuals and other training materials.

6. Conducting regular reviews and audits of our Filevine software to ensure it remains up-to-date and effective.

7. Utilizing Periscope, Domo, and Filevine backend to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.

8. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in Filevine software and the broader legal technology landscape.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Filevine Implementation Specialist position will have the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the legal industry.

2. Proven experience with Filevine software, Periscope, Domo, and Filevine backend.

3. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues quickly and effectively.

4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.

5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead software implementation projects from inception to completion.

6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

8. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
