We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Information Technology Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation and use of technology within our organization. This role will involve the direct supervision of IT professionals and the coordination of all IT-related matters within the company. This position calls for a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of how to align business and technology to achieve organizational goals. The IT Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
2. Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
3. Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
4. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
5. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
6. Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
7. Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
8. Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
9. Manage and coordinate all IT-related matters including data, wireless communications, mobile technology, telephony, security, and computer hardware and software.
10. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.

Qualifications:

1. BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field.
2. Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
4. Superior knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
5. Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation.
6. Deep understanding of data administration and management processes.
7. Proficient in handling VPN, SAP, Oracle, JDE, COMPTIA, Firewalls.
8. A strong strategic and business mindset.
9. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
10. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Strong knowledge of project management principles.
