Job Details
We are currently seeking experienced Permanent Inpatient RNs to join our dynamic medical team. As a Permanent Inpatient RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will have the opportunity to work in one of the following units: Emergency Department, ICU, PCU, Med Surg, Telemetry, and Operating Room. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about patient care and are committed to excellence in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the physician
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on their care plan and treatment options
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve clinical skills
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- 1 years of experience in emergency department, ICU, PCU, Med Surg, Telemetry, or Operating Room
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
