This role requires a professional with a strong background in Real Estate Law, Business Law, and Family Law. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your role will be crucial in setting the tone of our client relationships. Responsibilities:
As an Intake Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting initial client intake and consultations.

3. Assisting in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures relating to client intake.
4. Collaborating with other attorneys to ensure the smooth transition of cases.
5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Real Estate Law, Business Law, and Family Law.
6. Demonstrating excellent communication skills to effectively articulate legal strategies and options to clients.
7. Ensuring all client interactions align with our firm’s values and mission.
8. Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you should possess:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active membership and good standing with the NC State Bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong emphasis on client intake and consultation.
4. Proven experience in Real Estate Law, Business Law, and Family Law.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work well in a team and foster positive client relationships.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Passion for helping clients navigate complex legal situations.
