Job Details
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our fast growing team.
- Accounts Payable functions: Check, verify an process invoices. Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
- Accounts Receivable functions: Code, post and receipt payments/ Perform all necessary account, customers and other reconciliations
- Maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records/ Assist in month end reporting procedures
- Record and confirm Credit Cards charges with managers
DO YOU HAVE:
- 2 years of Accounting experience
- Coursework in Accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excel experience (Pivot tables, Vlookups)
