We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Manager to manage projects as well as project teams, in addition to supporting major customer accounts. This is a full-time permanent position, and the successful candidate will be expected to have a solid experience with large-scale Renewable Energy, Engineering, Construction, and/or Oil & Gas projects.
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of utility-scale solar projects.
- Working directly with major clients to understand their energy needs and objectives.
- Monitoring and assessing the performance of installed PV Solar and Wind Energy systems.
- Provide guidance and support to the Project Management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management,
- Must have experience managing direct reports within Project Management.
- Experience working within an EPC company or experience within the renewable energy industry.
- Track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Proven experience with PV solar systems, Wind Energy, or Meteorological equipment is a plus
- Strong understanding of renewable energy or the solar industry is a plus
