We are actively seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team, bringing a strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, dependability, and flexibility to the role of Legal Administrative Assistant. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with three days in-office and two days remote per week, providing the ideal balance between office collaboration and remote productivity.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize case files, including e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts
- Ensure all case deadlines are met and track case progress
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Coordinate deposition and trial logistics, including scheduling, preparing exhibits, and managing witnesses
- Manage travel logistics for attorneys and clients
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records for billing purposes
- Manage social media accounts and online presence for the firm
- Perform administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Provide excellent client service and communicate effectively with clients
- Assist attorneys with technology LAA experience, including e-discovery and trial presentation software
- Provide intellectual property experience, including trademark and copyright filings
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or Bachelor degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- 2 years of experience in a litigation paralegal role
- Experience with e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts
- Strong drafting and filing skills
- Experience with deposition and trial logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Suite
- Technology LAA experience
- Intellectual property experience is a plus
