Job Details

Qualifications:
  • Admitted to practice in New York
  • 2-4 years of insurance defense/civil litigation experience
  • Possess excellent writing, research, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to categorize and prioritize work
  • Comfortable being in court

Responsibilities:
  • General liability and medical malpractice defense
  • Drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery demands/responses & appeals
  • Conducting depositions
