We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in litigation and be passionate about providing exceptional legal services to our clients. As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in various legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations. You will work closely with our legal team to develop and implement effective legal strategies and ensure that our clients receive the best possible outcome.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Communicate with clients to provide legal advice and updates on legal proceedings
- Work closely with our legal team to ensure that clients receive exceptional legal services
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state in which you will be working
- 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney
- Strong litigation skills and experience in a variety of legal proceedings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities
- Passion for providing exceptional legal services to clients
