We are seeking a dedicated and passionate LPN to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients, ensuring their physical well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary healthcare services to patients, including routine check-ups, emergency care, and health consultations.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote a healthy lifestyle among patients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all patients.
- Provide necessary training and education to patients about health and safety practices.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for specialized treatments and therapies.
- Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently, providing CPR/BLS when necessary.
- Promote a supportive and caring environment to help patients maintain optimal mental and physical health.
- Current and valid license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Experience in developing and implementing health and wellness programs.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using healthcare software and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills through professional development activities.
