Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the maintenance strategy for all production equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal operational capacity at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Lead, manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's facilities.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Liaise with managers and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities for the utmost productivity.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and oversee all preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the maintenance system.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with industrial maintenance, electromechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of maintenance planning and quality control principles.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Certification in Maintenance Management is a plus.
