Job Details
We are looking for a well rounded, hands on maintenance supervisor who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves. Duties will include managing plant maintenance employees, developing a strong team of maintenance technicians, meeting goals, reducing costs, identifying equipment problems, and setting up preventative maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience in a food plant and/or plant maintenance.
- Ability to work second shift hours from 1pm-10pm and every other weekend.
- Ammonia Refrigeration Experience/Certification is a major plus.
- Writing PLC and any certifications or equivalent technical training is also a plus.
