We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the Medical Industry. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company's facilities. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone in ensuring that our operations are safe and functional, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems.
• Evaluate problematic systems or facilities and determine what installation or repair services need to be performed.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Perform regular audits to ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning correctly.
• Develop and manage a system for tracking and ordering spare parts.
• Train and supervise staff, foster a positive work environment, and ensure high levels of productivity.
• Plan and schedule repairs, and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to meet set deadlines.
• Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Collaborate with other managers to optimize maintenance strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Warehouse Lead, Quality Assurance, or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the medical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; competence in using power tools and equipment.
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration will be a plus.
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Certified Maintenance Manager) will be an advantage.
