We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This position is a key role within our organization and plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with a particular focus on food safety and quality control.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facility's maintenance, including equipment, inventory, and vendor management.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance in our industrial manufacturing facility, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Implement and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP and SQF.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment purchases, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Develop and implement training programs for maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations of maintenance staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to maintenance activities, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Lead and manage maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications :
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, including HACCP and SQF.
- Proven experience in inventory and vendor management.
- Excellent team management and supervisory skills, with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
