Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on all equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions and breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure longevity and reliability.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Equipment Troubleshooting, hydraulic, Hydraulic & Pneumatic.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of equipment and machinery maintenance principles and practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions and breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
