Responsibilities:
Lead a software development team responsible for developing and maintaining software applications
Provide guidance, leadership, and mentoring to a team of application developers
Assess needs and provide architectural analysis and recommendations for new development
Will assist in the transformation and modernization efforts of internal systems/ technology
Work with internal clients and team members to deliver results on-time/on-budget
Perform software evaluations
Responsible for hiring staff and improving the technical strength of the Development team(s)

Expectations:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
8 years in application develop and 5 years in a leadership role of an application development or DevOps team.
Knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, MVC, Web API, Angular, Entity Framework, and Forms Applications.
Experience transforming application stack from legacy, monolithic applications to modern design leveraging a SOA and microservices.
Experience leading development teams in a Microsoft environment.
Experience leading BI/Reporting teams leveraging technology such as SSIS, and SSAS, a plus.
