Job Details
- Play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and overseeing assembly lines and production processes for a renowned industry leader in advanced technology sensors, filtering products, and fluid management solutions.
- Architect and refine assembly lines and production processes with precision.
- Innovate creative solutions to address manufacturing challenges.
- Navigate the intricacies of mechanical and electrical components, including pneumatics, electrical motors, and sensors.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers to translate product designs into viable manufacturing plans.
- Meticulously budget for manufacturing projects, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness.
- Craft process flow diagrams and articulate work instructions for operators.
- Implement error prevention measures, incorporating fixtures and jigs to ensure flawless assembly.
- Provide troubleshooting expertise and support for machinery and processes.
- Engage collaboratively with a dynamic team of engineers to refine designs and ensure optimal functionality.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in CREO (mandatory) for fixture and tooling design.
- Exp. with PLC programming and pneumatics.
- Ladder Logic
- Hands-on experience in assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education/Experience:
- Hold a degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- Boast a rich background with 3 years of prior experience in manufacturing engineering.
