We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that is at the forefront of the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, designing product lines, and maintaining quality control. This role will also involve managing budgets and overseeing the supply chain. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to contribute to a leading manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
2. Design and develop new product lines, ensuring they meet company standards and customer requirements.
3. Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed technical drawings and plans.
4. Maintain strict quality control standards, implementing measures to ensure products meet these standards.
5. Manage and maintain budgets, ensuring all projects are completed within the allocated financial resources.
6. Oversee the supply chain, ensuring materials and resources are available when needed.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and coordination of activities.
8. Conduct regular reviews of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
4. Proven experience in process improvement and product development.
5. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
6. Experience in budget management and supply chain management.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
10. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
