We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Injection Mold Design Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. As an Injection Mold Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing injection mold tools from concept to manufacturing. Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop injection mold tools from concept to manufacturing using CAD software.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project specifications and requirements.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate the design of the injection mold.
4. Manage projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
5. Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that the tools are produced accurately and meet quality standards.
6. Provide technical support to the manufacturing team during the production process.
7. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the injection mold tools.
8. Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the injection mold design industry.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in plastic injection mold design.
3. Proficient in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
4. Experience with tooling and manufacturing processes.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
9. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
