Job Details
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Expert in Solid works 3D modeling & FMEA, PPAP processing
- Sophisticated tool design and troubleshooting experience in metal forming business with various tool materials and manufacturing processes
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic presses, hydro forming, spinning, EDM, CNC machining, metrology
- Interface with vendors and manufacturing personnel to ensure performance of design
- Proficient in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks or Creo
- Experience with FMEA and PPAP processes
- Knowledge of CNC programming and machining
- Familiarity with hydro forming techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
