We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a focus on High Voltage systems to join our innovative engineering team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing high voltage electro-mechanical products and systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on ground-breaking projects, where you will be challenged to push engineering boundaries. You will be working with high voltage systems, motors, gears, chains and using CAD software to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and test all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery related to high voltage systems.
2. Apply knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as motors, gears, chains, etc.
3. Work closely with the design team to develop CAD models and engineering drawings for new and existing products.
4. Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of equipment, components, and systems.
5. Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
6. Assure system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
7. Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
8. Provide engineering information by answering questions and requests.
9. Maintain product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
10. Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special services.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the high voltage or related industry.
3. Proven experience with CAD software and other engineering design tools.
4. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including motors, gears, and chains.
5. Proficient knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and high voltage systems.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas.
7. The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
8. Excellent communication and team working skills.
9. Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
10. A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
11. Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
