Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES : CERTIFICATIONS
CERTIFICATIONS
- Toro systems certification obtained in first six months of employment in position
- Foley factory certified repair technician within first year of employment in position
- DOT driver certification
TECHNOLOGY
- General abilities with Microsoft Office products
- Toro LMS, Toro Connect, and Distributor Portal
- Ability to use diagnostic software : Toro Diag, Yanmar Smart Assist, Kubota, Kohler
- Front Row Solutions
SERVICE
- Incorporate user complaints, observations, test results, and experience to correctly diagnose equipment problems
- Complete equipment repairs and maintenance efficiently, correctly, and to the best of his / her ability
- Read and understand written instructions, service updates, schematics, maintenance schedules and technical publications
- Correct operation of equipment and the ability to demonstrate proper use
