Job Details
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in multi-family, hospitality, hotel, senior living, and residential projects.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and building codes, with a strong commitment to safety.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Experience managing and coordinating the work of subcontractors and other stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
